How are resources accessed in Paratext?

Text resources are downloaded directly into Paratext from the menu. (In Paratext 8, this is File > Download/Install Resources. In Paratext 9 Download/Install resources is in the Paratext menu). Resources come from the Digital Bible Library where they are licenced for use by Bible Translators.
