- Open a Run window:
- Press Windows + R
- OR Right-click on the Start Menu, then click Run
- Copy/paste this into the Run window: %localappdata%\Temp
- Click OK
- Email the 2 most recent Paratext installation log files to Paratext support. The file names look like this:
- Paratext_9.3__20210413134819.log
- Paratext_9.3__20210413134819_000_PtMsiPack.log
- Note: If there are multiple log files, please email us only the most recent ones:
