If you have logged in to the Paratext registry with different accounts, you may have created a duplicate registration. This will create confusion, and team members won’t know which account to add to a project. To delete an incorrect registration, go to registry.paratext.org and log in to the account you want to delete. Click on your name at the top right, and go to Settings. At the bottom of the page there is a button to click to delete your account. If you are a member of any registered projects, the site will inform you that you must remove yourself from these projects first. A link will show you the list of projects you are a member of. You can remove yourself from a project within Paratext by going to Project > Delete Project, selecting the project to delete, and checking the box “Also remove me from this project.” You can also ask the project administrator to remove you from a project.
Once you have removed yourself from all projects, you can click the “Delete my account” button, and your registration will be removed.
